Student Opportunities
Precision Castparts Corp. offers numerous opportunities for qualified, undergraduate students enrolled in 4 year engineering and finance related degree programs. These opportunities may be in the form of summer internships or co-ops arranged during the course of the regular school year in cooperation with university co-op placement programs. Both programs help students gain the work related experience and leadership skills that may qualify them for future management development and leadership opportunities with PCC upon graduation.

  • Internships
    PCC offers paid, full-time summer internships to qualified candidates in the fields of engineering and finance throughout many of its manufacturing facilities throughout the US. Students gain "real-life" experience while working on projects that have relevant, bottom-line impact for our businesses while having opportunities to be mentored by some of the finest minds in manufacturing.
  • Co-ops
    PCC offers paid, full time co-op opportunities for students who wish to maintain their college graduation objectives, but wish to incorporate extended work opportunities within the traditional school calendar year. Prospects are encouraged to work with their college advisor to insure on-time graduation. Co-ops allow students to make meaningful contributions to business initiatives while working shoulder to shoulder with PCC leadership teams. Co-op periods vary depending on university calendars, but PCC generally recommends a 6 month work period allowing selected candidates to carry their projects through from beginning to end.
