Precision Castparts Corp. (PCP) became a publicly traded company in 1968 and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1989. At the present time, of the approximately 144 million shares outstanding, more than 95 percent is institutionally owned.

Roger P. Becker

Roger P. Becker became vice president – taxes in November 2008. Roger came to PCC from Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, located in St. Louis, Missouri, where he held the position of vice president, taxes.

Steven C. Blackmore

Steven C. Blackmore became PCC's vice president and treasurer in February 2008. Steve was previously the Company's assistant treasurer. Prior to joining PCC, he was assistant treasurer of Mentor Graphics Corporation.

Kenneth D. Buck

Kenneth D. Buck became PCC's executive vice president and president of forged products in April 2010 at which time he also assumed additional responsibilities for Special Metals. Previously in August 2008, Ken was PCC's executive vice president and president PCC Airfoils LLC and Forged Products. He has also served as the senior vice president and president of PCC Airfoils LLC.

Roger A. Cooke

Roger A. Cooke became PCC's senior vice president and general counsel in August 2008. Roger had served as vice president - regulatory and legal affairs since April 2000. Prior to joining PCC, he was senior vice president – legal of Fred Meyer, Inc.

Mark Donegan

Mark Donegan has been chairman of Precision Castparts Corp. since August 2003 and chief executive officer since August 2002. Mark was previously the Company's president and chief operating officer.

Emi A. Donis

Emi A. Donis was named vice president, chief compliance officer and deputy general counsel in November 2010. Emi served as deputy general counsel since May 2004. Prior to joining PCC, she was a partner with the Portland-based law firm, Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson.

Mark E. Ellis

Mark E. Ellis was named vice president, internal audit in August 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mark was with Anheuser-Busch Companies, located in St. Louis, Missouri, where he held the position of senior director, internal audit services.

John W. Ericksen

John W. Ericksen became senior vice president corporate training and organizational development in October 2007. Prior to that time John served in various operating positions, including president of PCC-Small Structurals Casting Operations and president of Wyman-Gordon Forgings – East. He has been with the Company since July of 1986.

Byron J. Gaddis

Byron J. Gaddis became chief information officer in July 2000 and was named a vice president of PCC in the following month. Prior to his assignment, Byron was the director of airframe development and R&D at PCC Structurals.

Steven G. Hackett

Steven G. Hackett became PCC's senior vice president, new business integration in October 2011. Previously, he served as executive vice president and president of investment cast products. Steve has also served as executive vice president and president fastener products, senior vice president of PCC and vice president in charge of PCC's Structurals' small structural business operations.

Shawn R. Hagel

Shawn R. Hagel became senior vice president and chief financial officer in August, 2008. Previously, Shawn was elected vice president of finance in May 2008. In 2000, she was named corporate controller and an officer of the Company in 1997. She was corporate financial reporting manager from 1995 to 1997.

John P. O'Neill

John P. O'Neill became senior vice president and president of PCC Airfoils LLC in May 2010. John joined PCC in July 1995 and most currently served as group vice president of PCC Airfoils, LLC, aerospace operations.

Russell S. Pattee

Russell S. Pattee became vice president – corporate controller in May 2008. Prior to joining PCC, he was vice president corporate controller and treasurer of Merix Corporation and before that he served as corporate controller of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation.

Kirk G. Pulley

Kirk G. Pulley was named vice president – strategic planning and corporate development in April 2004. At the Board's meeting in November 2004, Kirk was made an officer of the Company. Previously, he was a vice president with Goldman Sachs & Co.

Joseph I. Snowden

Joseph I. Snowden became senior vice president and chief operating officer of our new Aerostructures Division in August 2011. Since September 2010, he was senior vice president of PCC and president, business development of Forged Products. Previously, Joe was president of Specialty Materials and Alloys Group.

Kevin M. Stein

Kevin M. Stein became PCC's executive vice president and president of the Fasteners Division as well as adding responsibility as president of PCC Structurals in December 2011. Since February 2009, he has served as executive vice president and president fastener products. Prior to joining PCC, Kevin was division president with Cooper Industries and a general manager with Tyco Electronics.
